Request Account and Data Deletion
MCADE Transport users may request deletion of their account and
associated personal data at any time.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you may lose access to
company records, ride information, team access, settings, and other
information connected to your account.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email from the same email address associated with your MCADE
Transport account. Include your full name, company name, and the words
“Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
Identity Verification
To protect your information, we may verify your identity and your
authority to request deletion of the account. For company-managed
accounts, we may also need to confirm your request with the Company
Owner or another authorized administrator.
Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on your account and role, deletion may include:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- Your name, email address, and telephone number
- Your company membership and assigned permissions
- Saved preferences and account settings
- Personal information associated with your use of the platform
- Other data that is not required to be retained
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal,
tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, system
integrity, regulatory, or audit purposes. Retained information will be
limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled according to our
Privacy Policy.
Company and Operational Records
Deleting an individual user account does not automatically delete a
transportation company’s business records. Records belonging to a
company may remain under the control of the Company Owner or another
authorized company administrator.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge your request and begin verification as soon as
reasonably possible. Verified requests are generally processed within
30 days, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
