Go With JT provides a platform that allows customers to request private transportation services.

Submitting a ride request does not guarantee driver availability.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Ride Requests

Ride requests may be accepted, declined, modified, or canceled depending on driver availability, weather, safety concerns, or other operational factors.

Estimated pickup times and pricing are subject to change when necessary.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

By booking a ride, you authorize Go With JT to charge the applicable fare and any authorized fees.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply depending on when a ride is canceled.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Damage vehicles
• Harass drivers or other users
• Engage in illegal activity while using our services

Go With JT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Go With JT is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, or events outside our reasonable control.
